Built once. Then redone the right way.
The bones are 2003. The current owners spent the last several years adding the things a 2003 spec house never had. The kitchen was taken to studs and rebuilt around a Wolf appliance package and a Sub-Zero glass-door refrigerator. Engineered hardwood runs through the great room, DAL tile underneath the wet rooms.
The fireplace is a new Heat & Glo unit set into the great-room wall, not a sentimental relight of an old box. Both HVAC systems were replaced. The hot water tank was replaced. The list goes another page if you want it.
Outside, Belgard pavers laid through the front and back. Desert landscaping, synthetic grass that stays green in August. A new 32-by-14 heated pool sits in the private backyard, with a bench and an in-floor cleaning system that handles the dust.
What you get inside the gate at Red Rock is the absence of traffic, the absence of for-sale signs cluttering the curb, and a homeowner association that takes the common landscape seriously. It's the quietest part of Summerlin. The neighbors leave you alone unless you knock first.
